Do credits expire?
Credit-pack credits never expire. Credits included with a monthly credit plan expire at the end of each monthly billing period and do not roll over.
Do you offer a monthly credit plan?
Yes. Monthly credit plans are available to any team with consistent listing work. They have a six-month minimum commitment, are billed monthly, and include a new credit allowance each billing period.
What counts as a variation?
A variation is a child listing within a parent product family. For example, a T-shirt sold in red, blue, and green has one parent listing and three color variations. Standard and parent listings use one credit; each variation uses one-quarter credit on a credit pack.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first full-quality listing is free, including publishing. No credit card is required.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Monthly credit plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. After that period, the six-month minimum commitment applies. Credit packs do not require a plan, and their credits do not expire.
Can I move from credit packs to a monthly credit plan?
Yes. Contact the Perci team when your listing volume becomes consistent enough for a monthly credit plan. Confirm how any existing pack balance will be handled before changing plans.
