The challenge
The company managed more than 1,000 Amazon Canada listings, with roughly 400 priority codes driving most sales. Existing agency and copywriter workflows were slow, expensive, and difficult to scale through ecommerce, brand, legal, and regulatory review.
Comparable keyword and copy projects had received agency quotes as high as $1,200 per product code.
The pilot workflow
Perci researched Canadian competitors and keywords, generated titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend terms, and checked restricted phrases. The ecommerce team refined the output before brand, legal, and regulatory approval. Final content was syndicated to Amazon Canada through Salsify.

The measured results
A timed before-and-after analysis in Stackline found a 21.5% average retail sales lift, $51.9K in additional retail sales over four weeks, and 16% aggregate organic traffic growth across the pilot listings.

The operational result
First-pass content turnaround fell from one or two weeks to one or two days. That let the team move into stakeholder review earlier and made optimization practical across more of the priority catalog.
“The speed of it is part of the return on investment, not just the dollars for us.”

After the pilot, the company began expanding the workflow across its broader Amazon Canada and US catalog.
