Ten listings now take the time one used to

Simpliworks replaced a one-hour manual listing process with a repeatable production workflow that takes minutes per listing.

The challenge

Manual optimization had become a bottleneck as Simpliworks added enterprise clients and larger catalogs. Each listing required at least an hour, keyword research was assembled from separate competitor sources, and coordination between production and client teams consumed additional review time.

The new workflow

The agency integrated Perci for existing-listing optimization and new product launches. Teams imported competitor ASINs, generated listings in batches, reviewed titles closely, and gave the system more latitude with bullets and descriptions before client-facing approval.

The results

Optimization dropped from more than an hour to a few minutes per listing. Ten listings could be produced in the time one previously required, while new team members became comfortable with the process after three or four uses.

The agency also saved tens of hours each month in internal review and gained the capacity to serve larger enterprise catalogs.

Perci has become a really smooth part of our process. It's like a calculator - a reliable tool that just works.

The operational effect

Listing production stopped limiting agency growth. Simpliworks could stage optimization across a client relationship, deliver value earlier, and vary the amount of human review according to each listing's priority.
