Case study · Push-Pull

From manual optimization to 500+ listings across marketplaces

Push-Pull expanded catalog capacity across the US, UK, and Europe without sacrificing the ranking or conversion standards of its manual process.

The challenge

Every listing required manual research, writing, and formatting. Multi-market work repeated that process five or six times, and adding capacity meant adding people. Cross-catalog optimization took weeks, making turnaround a constraint on agency growth.

The implementation

Push-Pull ran a four-week test across different product types and price points, deliberately trying to find failure cases. Perci added controls the team needed for bullet order and content placement. The agency then introduced it gradually, starting with lower-priority listings before completing implementation over eight weeks.

We tested it out. We really needed to put it through its paces, and I was pleasantly surprised at the output and still being able to make it sound like a human.

The results

The team could process complete catalogs and work across all five European regions plus the US. It saw no decrease in ranking performance or conversion compared with manual optimization, while human time moved toward strategy and the products that genuinely required specialist attention.

There's accounts now that when they come through, they'll be like, 'I don't know how we would have done this without Perci.'

Why the workflow stuck

Bulk processing solved the capacity problem, Amazon-specific formatting reduced cleanup, and configurable controls let people guide the output. The result was not hands-off automation, but a production system that preserved the team's judgment where it mattered.
